The 2026 BOW Convention is scheduled for March 27-28 in Sheridan, WY.
Convention activities are free and open to the public except for the banquet, which is a ticketed event. Banquet tickets do not include a BOW Membership. The banquet is scheduled for Saturday, March 28th, beginning at 6pm with doors opening at 4:45pm.

Individual: Purchase individual tickets for $70 each (credit card fees are added to the online price - contact treasurer@bowhuntersofwyoming.org for a cash/check discount). This price includes a seat and meal for each person. There will be a prime rib and baked chicken dinner with sides, drinks, and dessert. If you are purchasing tickets for more than just yourself you will have the opportunity to add additional individuals as "guests" during registration.
Youth: Purchase youth tickets for $10 each (credit card fees are added to the online price - contact treasurer@bowhuntersofwyoming.org for a cash/check discount). Youth must be 12 or younger. A youth meal consists of chicken strips, french fries, vegetables, drink, and dessert. If you are purchasing tickets for more than one child you will have the opportunity to add additional children as "guests" during registration. Children 2 years or younger are free. Our system requires these be purchased separately from adult tickets, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Reserved Table: Reserve a table of 8 to guarantee sitting together. Cost is $640 (credit card fees are added to the online price - contact treasurer@bowhuntersofwyoming.org for a cash/check discount). This price includes 8 meals. You will need to list the names and contact info for each person who will be seated at your table, so please have this information ready at the time you purchase your ticket.
Sponsorship Opportunities: There are business sponsorship opportunities that include various levels of recognition, advertising in the BOW magazine, banquet tickets, a sponsor-only raffle, and more.
