Join BOW at the 2025 Convention and Banquet, taking place Friday March 21 and Saturday March 22, 2025. This year's convention will feature vendors from the archery and outdoors industry, knowledgeable speakers, games, raffles, live and silent auction, a delicious banquet dinner, and more! The Convention is open to the public and free to attend; the banquet dinner requires a ticket.

BanquetThe banquet dinner takes place on Saturday evening of the convention (March 22, 2025) and is a ticketed event. Ticket sales will close on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Children under 2 years of age are free. Buffet Dinner Kids Meal (12 years or younger) Ticket Prices Online ticket purchases will add credit card fees. ActivitiesThe convention includes a number of fun activities. Read about some activities below.  Targeting Trophy Elk - Panel DiscussionJoin us for a great panel discussion on elk hunting and targeting those big herb bulls. Our panelist are some of our most sucesful members when it comes to this feat. Listen to their tips and tactics to up your elk hunting game and learn how to punch your tag year in and year out on those big bulls in Wyoming. 
Trophy DisplayBring your hunting trophies to display on our trophy wall. Euro mounts, shoulder mounts, and more! No restrictions on animal species or size. You must have been a BOW member at the time of harvest and not have brought the mount to any previous conventions. The animal must have been harvested with a hand-drawn bow. There will be a drawing for a $100 gift card for all participants.
Photo ContestBring your printed photos to display and participate in our annual photo contest. Photos are accepted in five different categories and banquet attendees vote on the winners. Read the contest rules HERE. Big Game Awards
