Live and Silent Auctions, Raffles, Games,

and more!!!!!

Our annual banquet is a high-energy night filled with live and silent auctions, exciting raffles, interactive games, and plenty of chances to win incredible gear and one-of-a-kind experiences. From bidding on premium hunts and custom equipment to friendly competition and big prize drawings, there’s no shortage of action. It’s all part of an unforgettable evening that supports bowhunting, conservation, and access efforts across Wyoming while bringing our community together for a great time.

Trophy Display

Bring your hunting trophies to display on our trophy wall. Euro mounts, shoulder mounts, and more! No restrictions on animal species or size. You must have been a BOW member at the time of harvest and not have brought the mount to any previous conventions. The animal must have been harvested with a hand-drawn bow. There will be a drawing for a $100 gift card for all participants.

Photo Contest

Bring your printed photos to display and participate in our annual photo contest. Photos are accepted in five different categories and banquet attendees vote on the winners. Read the contest rules HERE.

Big Game Awards

Submit your scores for 2025 to our Records Chair, Sam Davis, to participate in the Big Game Awards. Read the contest rules HERE.

Vendor Booths

The convention will include vendor booths from many local companies. Interested in hosting a vendor booth? Contact BOW at info@bowhuntersofwyoming.org.

Poker Run

The Poker Run is a fun way to explore the town while also earning a chance to win a prize. Stop by the convention the Saturday morning to pick up the list of participating Poker Run businesses, then explore Sheridan and collect your cards. Best poker hand at the banquet will win a prize!
