BOWHUNTERS OF WYOMING

Join us for an incredible weekend of camaraderie, celebration, and support for bowhunting in Wyoming! The 2026 BOW Convention and Fundraising Banquet will bring together members, families, wildlife professionals, vendors, and supporters from across the state for two days packed with events and opportunities.

Schedule of Events

Friday, March 27:

• 12:00–4:00 PM: Setup (volunteers needed!)

• 4:00–6:00 PM: Executive Council Meeting

• 6:00–11:00 PM: Icebreaker Night – Open to the public!
  Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, games, vendor booths, and more.

Saturday, March 28:

• 8:00 AM: Doors open

• 8:00–11:00AM: Membership Meeting (public welcome; members vote only)

• 8:00 AM–2:00 PM: Poker Run around Sheridan – Visit local businesses, build your hand, and win a prize at the banquet!

• 11:00-12:00 PM: G&F Talk - Martin Hicks - New Mule Deer Conservation Strategy

• 11:45–12:55 PM: Lunch on your own (Ramada has limited options available)

• 1:00–4:00 PM: Seminars

  • Harold Fahrenbrook – Bowhunting Lessons & Stories

  • Mike Barrett – Archery & Field Knowledge

  • Samantha Allen, WY Game & Fish – Wildlife Disease (Blue Tongue, etc.)

• 4:30 PM: Cocktail Hour

• 6:00 PM: Banquet Dinner (Ticket required)
  Prime rib, baked chicken, full buffet, and dessert

Followed by our live and silent auctions, raffles, and awards program, featuring guest speaker Brian Koelzer from Bowhunters of Montana.

• Adult Dinner: $70
  Prime rib & baked chicken buffet with sides and dessert

• Youth Meal: $10.  12 and under only 
  Chicken strips, fries, veggies, dessert

• Reserved Tables: $640 (Seats 8 – guarantees seating together)
  All other seating is first come, first served
