The 2023 BOW Convention is scheduled for March 24 - 25, 2023 in Riverton, WY. Convention activities are free and open to the public except for the banquet, which is a ticketed event. The banquet is scheduled for Saturday, March 25th, beginning at 6pm with doors opening at 4:45pm.

Individual: Purchase individual tickets for $45 (credit card fees are added to the online price - contact treasurer@bowhuntersofwyoming.org for a cash/check discount). This price includes a seat and meal for each person. The meal will consist of pork or brisket, mac & cheese, bacon green beans, rolls, salad, dessert, and drinks. If you are purchasing tickets for more than just yourself you will have the opportunity to add additional individuals as "guests" during registration.
Youth: Purchase youth tickets for $20 (credit card fees are added to the online price - contact treasurer@bowhuntersofwyoming.org for a cash/check discount). The age cut off for youth tickets is 12. A youth meal consists of a slider, mac & cheese, drink, and dessert. If you are purchasing tickets for more than one child you will have the opportunity to add additional children as "guests" during registration.
Table Sponsor: Sponsor a table for $800 (credit card fees are added to the online price - contact treasurer@bowhuntersofwyoming.org for a cash/check discount). You will need to list the names and contact info for each person who will be seated at your table, so please have this information ready at the time you purchase your ticket.
Table Sponsorship includes:
- Name displayed at the event
- Table for 8 people
- 8 meals (each meal consists of pork or brisket, mac & cheese, bacon green beans, rolls, salad, dessert, and drinks)
- 8 Bottomless beer glasses
- 40 raffle tickets
- Entered into the sponsor only drawing
- Listed as a sponsor in the BOW magazine for 2023
Friends and Family Table: Reserve a table for 8 to guarantee sitting together. Cost is $500 (credit card fees are added to the online price - contact treasurer@bowhuntersofwyoming.org for a cash/check discount). This price includes 8 meals, which will consist of pork or brisket, mac & cheese, bacon green beans, rolls, salad, dessert, and drinks.
